SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - We want you to be happy with your wood purchased! If you find any problems, please report them to us within 3 days of the receipt of the item. After this 3 day period all sales are final. If wood has been altered in any way, a refund will not be issued. No exceptions will be made to this policy. Shipping charges are not refundable.
